Terms of Service & Legal Disclaimer

Effective July 9, 2026

Juris Compiler AI is a software workflow tool, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. It produces automated transcripts and AI-generated analysis that may contain errors. Using it does not create an attorney–client relationship. You are the final authority responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use any output.

1.Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Juris Compiler AI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and Legal Disclaimer (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2.What the Service is — and is not

The Service transcribes audio and video recordings, applies automated speaker diarization, and generates optional AI-assisted analysis (such as summaries, issue spotting, and possible actions) to support legal and administrative workflows.

Juris Compiler AI is not a law firm, is not a certified court reporter or transcription service, and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. No output of the Service is legal advice, and nothing about your use of the Service creates an attorney–client relationship or any fiduciary duty.

3.Automated output may be inaccurate

Transcripts, speaker labels, and AI-generated analysis are produced by automated systems and machine-learning models. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading, and are not a certified or official record of any proceeding. AI analysis may omit material facts, misattribute statements, or reach incorrect conclusions.

The Service must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any legal, evidentiary, financial, or other consequential decision. Always verify output against the underlying source recording and, where appropriate, obtain advice from a qualified attorney.

4.Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • independently reviewing and verifying every transcript and analysis before relying on or distributing it;
  • exercising your own professional judgment as the final authority for any decision or action taken based on the output;
  • ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process each recording, including any required consents of the people recorded;
  • maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5.No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be accurate or complete.

6.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juris Compiler AI and its operators, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any reliance on its output — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your reliance on its output.

7.Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload content you have no right to process, to violate any law or third-party right, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8.Payments

The Service is offered on a pay-per-minute basis. You will see the price for a recording before you authorize payment. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details. Charges for completed transcription work are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

9.Your recordings and data

Your transcripts and matters are isolated to your account. Source media is used only to produce the transcript and is deleted from storage after processing completes — we retain the resulting transcript and analysis, not the original file. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

12.Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed to the account owner through the in-app support page, or by email at juris.compiler.ai@gmail.com.

This page is a general-information summary of the terms governing the Service. It is not a substitute for advice from your own attorney regarding your specific circumstances.
